Hello, and welcome to the new CrystalSnyder.com. I have spent a lot of my downtime trying to figure out what to do with this website. I’ve rarely used it and never with any measure of consistency. Lately, I’ve been going through a lot of mental health issues and I decided that I want to share some of that with you. This being said, I have also created a YouTube channel where I will post videos along with each post.

It will take some time for me to get everything set up, but I hope that this site will be of some comfort, can offer information and will help aid your recovery or understand the issues that your loved one might be going through.
